1 kg beef tenderloin or lean pork, sliced thin as for tapa
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. Ajin-no-moto
4 tbsps. sugar
2 clover garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, cut finely
1. Marinate beef or pork in sauce overnight in refrigerator. Turn occasionally.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until meat is done.
3. Baste with sauce occasionally. May also be broiled over charcoal.
