1 kg chicken, cut in serving pcs.
1/2 evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c. cooking oil
1. Soak chicken in evaporated milk.
2. Measure bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a paper or plastic bag.
3. Put in 3-4 pieces chicken at a time and shake.
4. Deep fat fry.
